The pact of brotherhood with Bulgaria, France and Spain have marked the conclusion of the first session of the project Abilities and Skills of European Woman, "Skills and competencies of European women," which took place in Monforte San Giorgio, in the conference hall of the Moon Flower. Notes on the hymns of the four nations voiced by a band conducted by Fabio novels, including the general commotion, with a solemn ceremony were signed twinning agreements with partners in the project, approved by the European Commission, referred to innovation as first project in Italy and third in Europe.
